The LW1218-BOX is a fire-rated box that is used during new construction to "claim the space", plus it reduces sound transfer in adjoining rooms.

The optional Service Warranty extends the LW1218 Limited Warranty, by providing coverage for ten years from the date of installation. In addition, Live-Wall will pay $500 in installation labor fees for any speaker that fails within the terms of the Limited Warranty.
